Bound Lich

A wizard whose obsessions caused them to turn into a lich after death. It fights with a pair of spectral arms and a weapon powered by a manifestation of its will. The weapon is the lich's phylactery, and if broken or separated from the body the soul will excruciatingly unbind from its body and either cease to exist or become dormant.
Danger lever: Conditional. Highly dependent on the former wizard's attachment to the living world
